    -Client data gathering and information update

    -Profile update

    -Document preparation

    -Email monitoring and management

    -Preparing reports

    -Other related tasks that may be assigned

    Qualifications

    -With Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or allied courses

    -Experienced in using different accounting software and applications

    -Knowledgeable in preparing reports and records

    -Background in Financial Planning and use of Xplan software is a plus

    -Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    -Has keen attention to details

    -Has leadership skills and can relate well with a team

    -Highly organized and can do multi-tasking

    -Can work with minimum supervision
