  • * Payroll Management

    -process gov't mandated benefits

    * Assist in the computation/filing of company expenses

    * Process loans, insurance, etc.

    * Maintain 201 files

    * Arrange company activities

    * Other tasks to be assigned by the supervisor

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    * With experience in managing ex-pat requirements such as VISA application, work permit, and others

    * Bachelors degree graduate

    * At least 2 years of experience in performing admin duties particularly payroll and benefits processing

    * Must have knowledge in using payroll software (any), benefits, and the whole facet of Admin & HR

    * Has excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility and can do other Admin task in the absence of other Admin/HR team and assign by Supervisor

    * Must have a strong personality

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
