  • Job Qualifications:

    at least 6 months experience in Admin

    Graduate of any Business and Office course of equivalent

    Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in office operating system

    Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company, reduce costs and increase efficiency to ensure the normal operation of the company’s affairs

    Responsible for a daily leg-work in the office and back-support to assigned department

    Responsible for the formulation, revision and implementation of relevant rules and regulations, organizing the company’s various activities and management of company’s various materials and documents

    Job Description:

    Performs administrative and office support activities, including but not limited to answering phone calls, maintaining files, equipment inventories and storage

    Responsible for providing fuel tickets to field personnel and closely monitors and prepares reports for the daily fuel consumption

    Monitors the vehicle/service car condition and odometer; reports to the HSE any irregularities pertaining to the vehicles/service car

    Performance multifaceted general administrative tasks to support the operational needs of the project

    Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level; anticipates needed supplies; places and expedites orders of the supplies and verifies receipts of the supplies

    Liaises with the other admin assistants for any correspondences for distribution or dissemination in each area of responsibility
