  • Responsibilities:

    • Perform general administrative duties and provide secretarial support to our affiliated companies
    • Courier control and administration
    • Courier services to be organized and coordinated
    • Receptionist/ Telephone call handling is required
    • To undertake additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Pleasant and cheerful disposition with good interpersonal skills
    • At least 1 year of related working experience, preferably experienced in accounting office environment
    • Fluent spoken and written English is essential
    • 1-2 years experienced as Admin Assistant and Receptionist
    • Good communication skills
    • Good computer and information technology skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
