    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research and data mining to find new prospects

    • Send relevant marketing emails to prospects in different countries using the provided templates

    • Enter relevant data into the CRMs

    • Communicate with the relevant team member to ensure interested prospects are responded to quickly

    • Ensure all details are logged, information is accurate and kept up to date

    • Ensure total integrity of complete and whole records

    • Maintain confidentiality of all handled transactions

    • Prepare and generate reports, if required

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in Data Mining/Research/Lead Generation

    • Skilled in using Microsoft Office and any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

    • Proficient in Database or Email Management

    • High attention to detail and ability to independently manage their time on tasks and across time zones

    • Has excellent communication skills, good at taking instructions and speaking up if they don’t understand

    • Honest, reliable, with a ‘can do’ attitude

    • Ability to think outside the box and be proactive in finding new prospects and opportunities

    • Quick learner, adaptable to new software and completes tasks efficiently

    • Experience using LinkedIn Premium and/or HubSpot CRM would be an advantage

    • A general interest in the Marketing or Advertising industry would be highly regarded
