  • The purpose of this role is to lead and drive renewals in order to generate revenue through customer retention. This job requires a self-motivated individual with strong traction & renewal chasing skills.

    Job Description:

    - Preferably living in Pasig City, Philippines

    - Graduate of 4-Year course. Must be IT related course

    - At least 1 year of experience in related field

    - Rigorous follow-up and strong monitoring of renewals on all stages e.g.(Due)/ Overdue/ Lapse/ Revival etc.

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely resolution of customer queries (Internal and external) and built healthy work relations.

    - Attending to all operations/ sales related meeting and promote awareness on Persistency/ highlighting new developments on all products / solutions being offered by the company

    - Manage and ensure High rates of renewals

    - Run various renewal campaigns such as training or marketing events awareness about the products

    - Recommend new products, services and promotions based on customer needs analysis;

    - Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
