Job Description
 Acts as a first point of contact for the Installations Manager and the Teams, deals
with correspondence, answers enquiries and phone calls.
 Assists in preparing installation quotations for clients and from enquiries (leads)
 Assists in answering and screening phone calls from clients, sub-dealers,
partners, and suppliers.
 Assists in monitoring and properly documenting of Installation quotations and
correct invoice numbers
 Assists in reporting to management and clients, current statuses of installation
works
 Assists the Installations Team with administrative duties and reports to other
departments such as Sales, and Service Department as they see fit under the
scope of works.
Job Qualifications
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree in any field.
 At least six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.
 Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike
 Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of clients.
 Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
 Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
 Amendable to work in Cainta Rizal Area

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
