  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Executive and administrative support to the Manila CEO/global servicing centers head and CAO, and from time to time also assist other EMT members.

    • Responsible in calendar management, travel arrangement, expense reimbursement processing, adhoc reporting, organizing office events and engagement activities, and coordinating client and executive visits, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors Degree in any courses

    • With excellent communication skills.

    • With at-least 2-3 years experience as an Admin Assistant

    • Willing to work in Taguig

    • CAN START ASAP!
