  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Handles the revolving fund for the project

    2. Submits reimbursements, liquidations and other documents

    3. Performs routine clerical tasks like mailing, photocopying, scanning, and organize important documents

    4. Monitors daily time sheet and overtime

    5. Assists in scheduling of equipment maintenance

    6. Orders office supplies

    Qualifications:

    1. Education College Graduate

    2. Has a 2 years and more experience in administrative task.

    3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

    4. Willing to be assigned at Plaridel Bulacan or Sta. Maria Bulacan

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
