  • JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

    Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

    Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

    May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

    Typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department.

    In charge of checking the delivery receipt of the suppliers.

    Check the price in the POS if the same price or different.

    Check the breakdown of the quality per item and per barcode. If there is a new item from suppliers make information per item, like a delivery receipt, supplier name, date of delivery, unit price, barcode and take a picture of a new item.

    Monitor all the purchase orders and encode in excel report. All the damaged items are also encoded.

    Monitor all the incoming and outgoing documents of Everything in Between.

    In charge of the inventory per month, make sure that before the inventory sheet is prepared, a list of employees who are assigned for the inventory counting. After the inventory encodes all the items in the excel report.

    Assisting the supervisor in what are they need every day.

    In charge to check every day if the store is clean, organized and arranged all the shelves and in the warehouse.

    File all the receipts of the suppliers per folder.

    Photo copy all the receipts all the suppliers and check if tally to my excel report and make a transmittal to be sent to the in charge personnel.

    Prepare all the attendance of the regular employee and W-bridges employees and check their attendance in Biometrics and in their log sheet and send to HR.

    Prepare all the overtime forms, leave forms and shortages and send to HR Timekeeping
