• Experience:

    - Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or administration roles ideally supporting within western environments (Australian, New Zealand, American or European), ideally supporting a sales or marketing team

    - Advanced written and verbal communication skills

    - Excellent attention to detail in producing high quality documents

    - Understanding urgency and managing multiple tasks that have strict deadlines

    Key Responsibilities

    - Data mining for specific industries (examples listed below. Additional industries would be added)

    *Service Stations

    *Fast Food

    *Shopping Centre

    *Development Sites

    *Sites identified from Road trips

    - Real Estate Specific Forms

    *Complete REIQ Form 6 and review legal compliance of the Form 6 and ensuring all required areas are appropriately filled in and signed by agents

    - CRM Management

    *Learn the software using online tutorials and maximize the functionality of the CRM towards the business.

    *Populate contact details

    *Update listings

    *Communicate to database


    *Prepare marketing submissions using the template provided

    *Prepare marketing budgets and communicate via email to suppliers to obtain pricing. Deepen to provide full list of suppliers’ email address, login passwords (realcommercial) etc.

    *Creation of Information Memorandums, Brochures and layout of e-mailouts

    *Manage social media accounts and deploy social media posts

    - RP Data - Prospecting Tools

    *Deepen to mark a prospecting territory

    *See what’s on the market using RP Data, Realcommercial and other platforms.

    *Make a spreadsheet of owner’s details on streets specified. Spreadsheet to include: Property address, land size, sale price, owner’s name, phone number (White Pages), OTM (Details. Check home address to see if they still reside there and if there is a phone number)

    *Send an introduction letter

    *RP Data - Function - "Lead Generation", "Listings Over 60 Days"

    *Search commercial portals – E.g. ***.com

    *Identify properties for sale in Brisbane

    - General administrative and marketing tasks

    *Organise specific requests

    *Manage inbox when required

    *When not busy, ask Deepen for owner’s detail, search for specific streets to populate spreadsheets, identify phone numbers and if no phone numbers found then populate letters, e-mail to Deepen to print and email out.

    *Creation of Marketing Documents such as but not limited to: Information Memorandums, Brochures, Social Media Posts and etc.

    *Manage campaign checklist
