• Assists in processing and reviewing the necessary Visa requirements of the company’s employees

    • Act as a liaison officer with other related government agencies

    • Helps manage with booking and travel of the expatriate employees, director heads and executives

    • Monitors usage and adequacy of office supplies

    • Responds to concerns and request for equipments and supplies through ordering and purchasing

    • Makes a check and balance of deliveries and inventories

    • Oversees maintenance and up-keep of the admin building and the staff houses’ facilities and equipments

    • Participates in scheduling and preparing equipment and venue set-up for management visits, meetings and other company events

    • Communicates and complies with the finance and accounting department on payment procedures

    • Performs other administrative support tasks and general services assigned by the management from time to time


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, equivalent.

    • Preferably with 1 year working experience in Visa Processing

    • With Driver's license is an advantage

    • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

    • Should be a quick learner and has a desire to gain knowledge.

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
