  • Job Qualifications

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

    At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

    Has strong personality

    With excellent verbal and written skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills

    Knowledgeable in basic labor law and processing permits

    Knowledgeable in administrative process

    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    Job Role

    Provide administrative support from time to time

    Responsible in answering incoming phone calls for executives

    Do clerical work and business letters for top management

    Manage executives' schedule of meetings

    Double checking of liquidations

    Assists top management to meetings and do minutes of the meeting

    Other task that may be assigned from time to time
