  • Description

  • Perform general administrative functions, office/clerical duties, keeping track of files and records to manage effective and efficient transactions within the organization.

    • Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications

    • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications

    • Collecting and mailing correspondence

    • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels

    • Monitors and keeps company cash flow/working balance records up-to-date

    • Records all request for payments duplicate copies for accounting file and reference

    • Checking of time sheets of admin & project sites and prepares first draft of payroll report

    • Helps on keeping administrative and HR files organized and in order

    • Aids accounting staff with duties such as petty cash replenishments, encoding of vouchers in Quickbooks software, updates project sites on various disbursements and requests, prepares requests for payments, and updating of passbooks

    • Secures company permits and licenses are updated and renewed in time

    • Helps in the preparation of project biddings

    • Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 4
