  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Female

    • Happy disposition, even under pressure

    • Must be patient

    • Must be organized and focused

    • Can multitask

    • Preferably with minimum 2 years work experience in Administrative position but Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist sales agents with their client requests– from answering inquiries to providing documents needed for delivery

    • Prepare and send price quotations

    • Liaises with sales agents, courier companies, suppliers and warehouse staff regarding the products

    • Updating of client’s info cards

    • Processes, records and coordinates purchases from initial order to delivery.

    • Encoding of information into the database
