  • The position is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Agency Recruitment & Licensing Section and for acting as the Liaison Officer on the licensing requirements and other activities necessary to promote goodwill.

    Facilitates license applications of recruits.

    Ensures completeness of documents submitted.

    Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.

    Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits these to the Insurance Commission.

    Provides feedback to the manager-recruiters on status of their recruits.

    Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agent's Agreement prior to coding.

    Endorses recruit files for coding; advises NBO concerned.
