    - Primarily cater and assist multiple stakeholders based as necessary based on various project needs and demands, in a timely manner to ensure all deadlines are met.

    - Reports and provides administrative support to the Admin Manager and ensures that all work is produced is accurate and neatly presented professionally.

    - Other tasks are but not limited to:

    Booking flights and accommodation, updating CVs and filing documents, drafting and asking proposal

    letters/quotations, client/market research, maintaining databases/marketing campaigns, planning, project

    completion, timesheet completion, updating leave calendar

    - Provides superior client admin or clerical services in accordance with the company’s values, Code of Conduct, policies and procedures and reasonable business directives.

    - Deliver excellent solutions through a clear understanding of our clients' business and community expectations.


    - Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Commerce/related courses or equivalent experience in the clerical field

    - Exceptional English verbal and written interpersonal skill


    - Always wears a contagiously positive attitude with a sincere and humble smile

    - Able to maintain a high level of integrity and keep confidential information


    25-26K, healthcard, 20 leave credits, 13th-month pay, government-mandated benefits
