  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

    Take and relay messages

    Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

    General administrative and clerical support

    Prepare letters and documents

    Receive and sort mail and deliveries

    Schedule appointments

    Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

    Organize meetings

    Assist the admin department in all administrative functions

    Job Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business

    Studies/Administration/Management, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Journalism, Mass

    Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

    Required skill(s): customer care, customer service and relationship management, clerical and office

    work, admin support.

    With a very pleasing personality

    Must have above average English communication skills

    Must be flexible and hardworking

    Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Programs

    Maybe with or without background in finance.

    With excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills

    With keen attention to details

    Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, BGC, Pasig, Muntinlupa, Laguna (Calamba), Cavite

    (Gen. Trias), Pampanga (Porac)

    To be assigned in Managed Properties of Ayala.

    Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
