  • Administrative Assistant:

    • Carry out administrative duties such as computer or manual filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

    • Coordinate with HR and assist in payroll preparation by daily updating relevant data, like absences, overtime, late and time in/out.

    • Monitor, ordering and taking stock of office supplies.

    • Coordinate repairs to office equipment.

    • Process payment and organizing office bills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Various clerical work and flexible in any projects given

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and attention to detail.

    Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

    Preferably residing in Mandaluyong or Pasig area.

    CAN START ASAP! (End of April 2021)
