  • Healthway Medical is looking for a Project-Based Admin Assistant for a COVIDCheque Virtual Clinic who can start ASAP!!!

    Administrative Assistant Job Description:

    1. Guide employees in referral to higher facility / Local Government Unit and for return to work policy base on existing DOH and company HR policy.

    2. Assist the nurses in the daily monitoring of COVID related cases for the duration of the home quarantine / isolation period.

    3. Management of clinic records of COVID related cases of the company.

    4. Validation of medical documents submitted by the employee in relation to COVID.

    5. Accomplish and submit clinic reports to Healthway and client.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. College graduate, preferably with a degree of Accountancy or any field in medical

    2. Willing to do a WFH setup

    3. Can start ASAP
