    Description



  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Process orders of all Hubs received either online or personal;

    - Prepare invoices, reports, etc;

    - Monitor all payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits received from the customers;

    - Process and follow-up customers for new and pending orders;

    - Provides detailed knowledge of products including prices and promos;

    - Establish or identify prices of products, services or admission;

    - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;

    - Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries;

    - Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping the information confidential.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    - Any Bachelors Degree;

    - With exposure on the same field is a plus but not required;

    - Required Skills: customer service, advertisements, can work under pressure, excellent communication skills;

    - Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule;

    - Willing to work overtime if needed;

    - Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig.
