    Job Description:

    - Provide administrative support from time to time.

    - Responsible in answering incoming phone calls for executives.

    - Do clerical work and business letters for top management.

    - Manage executives’ schedule of meetings.

    - Double checking of liquidations.

    - Assists top management to meetings and do minutes of the meeting.

    - In charge of processing request for payment for all request.

    - Handling petty cash and do reports on advances to partners.

    - Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
