    JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Tracking, filing and encoding important documents of the company and/or related expenses.

    • Coordinate with employees to collect and reconcile receipts, invoices or contracts for their company purchases.

    • Update financial documents online.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate Degree or college level in any field.

    • Must have at least 1 year of secretarial/administrative experience; preferably in a BPO setting.

    • Strong writing and verbal skills in English.
