    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Tracking, filing, and encoding of all company-related expenses.

    • Coordinate with employees to collect and reconcile receipts, invoices or contracts for their company purchases.

    • Update and maintain financial documents online.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate Degree or college level in any field.

    • Must have at least 1 year of secretarial/administrative experience; preferably in a BPO setting.

    • Strong writing and verbal skills in English.

    • Good time management and multi-tasking skills.

    • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
