    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling meetings and appointments where required, and venue hire/basic event planning for meetings

    • Taking notes and minutes in meetings when required

    • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies

    • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders where required

    • Communicate with suppliers to for orders, stock

    • Preparing documents for meetings and business trips where required

    • Organising training materials, calendars, speakers under direction

    • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff

    • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members when allowed again

    • Finding ways to improve administrative processes

    • Creating central online internal learning platform

    • Electronically filing records

    • Adhoc tasks for Directors

    • Data entry of creditor invoices

    • Processing payments

    • Typing and drafting letters, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, articles etc.

    • Helping to manage our online presence including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Blog pages

    • Assisting with file management and diary management for executives where required

    • Help to coordinate and work with the other administrative staff from suppliers

    • Create and keep up to date target customer lists

    • Create mail outs

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related

    • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an Admin support role

    • Familiarity with medical terms would be an advantage

    • Proficiency in MS Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint

    • Working knowledge of Google Docs and similar online cloud type platforms

    • Experience in MYOB would be an advantage

    • Ability to adapt to new tools and software

    • High attention to detail

    • Good time management and organisational skills

    • Self starter and ability to work autonomously

    • Able to deal with strong personalities

    • Fast paced

    • Happy to work on multitude of tasks

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
