  • Job Responsibilities:

    - Executive Assistant functions. Will assist the Company President with her company errands, scheduling of meetings, travel accommodations and others. Filtering emails, telephone calls and visitors before routing them to the President's office. Will provide assistance in business related matters such as preparation of business letters and other business communication..

    - Admin Related matters such as processing of business permits / renewal of business permits, vehicle registrations and other related tasks.

    To be qualified for the role, applicants must have:

    - a Bachelor Degree, any courses.

    - related work experience/s of at least a year, preferably handled business opening process.

    - related knowledge in business development / sales operations

    - fluency in English.

    - strong interpersonal skills

    Salary : Negotiable depending on your qualifications and experience
