Encode to register all employees in biometrics machine. Keep track of the attendance of all employees taking note the time in and time out for the payroll.



Act as a liaison to process monthly remittance of SSS, Phil health and Pag-ibig mandatory contributions and loans. Help superior for updating online records



Summarizes attendance of outsource employees for the payroll



Issued exam for all applicants and assist the newly hired employee



Update the list of GPA insurance.



Delivers/ serves disciplinary actions to employees with faults.



Controls issuance of supplies and issuance of Company Assets Accountability Records & Confirmation Advice (CAARCA).

Assists in Coordinating office functions and activities. In-charge of all files and records. Perform all administrative and Clerical works

Process and secure permits and other licenses.

Maybe asked to perform other task assigned by the management

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel
• Availability to travel: No
