    2. With skill to operate MS-Office ( Excel, Word)

    3. With ability to express idea efficiency, both orally and in writing.

    4. With ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with

    the general public, co-worker, client and members of diverse cultural and

    linguistic backgrounds.

    5. at least 5 years’ experience as an admin

    【 Job Description 】

    1. Assists payment of Employee’s salary, duty and tax.

    2. Correct Receipts and record in MS-Excel format.

    3. Acts as liaison officer with the Customer/Client

    4. Prepares procurement documents (requisition for Quotation, Purchase

    Order) and assists submission.

    5. Controls document submission and receiving.

    6. Assists and supports co-workers.

    7. Prepares and maintain office supply.

    Salary : 30,000 - 47,000

    Work Location: Construction office of LRTA, Airport Rd, Pasay, Metro Manila,

    (3) Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00
