  • Good day! Sundust Bros Corporation is hiring ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER - Pasay City (stay-out)

    Qualifications:

    - College graduate of a 4-year course

    - With at least 1 year work experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

    - Computer Literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the like)

    - Willing to be assigned in Pasay

    Job Description:

    1. Do accounting duties like bookkeeping, account payables, account receivables, cheque preparations, handle petty cash

    2. Do customer service (answering phone calls, entertain client concerns and inquiries)

    3. Arrange meeting schedule with managers/ owners, take down notes during meeting.

    4. Willing to render overtime if needed

    5. Can handle day-to-day operations independently.

    Nature of Business: Importer and Distributor ng Motorcycle and motorcycle parts

    Salary Rate: Php 18,000 per month

    Work schedule: From Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
