    - With 4-6 years of work experience in Building Management

    - Computer literate

    - Knowledgeable to handle Facilities and Equipment

    - Experience in Admin Process

    - PCO Accredited (DENR/ LLDA)

    - SO Accredited (DOLE)

    - Excellent in planning and organizational skills with good communication and interpersonal skills are desired.

    - Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Hemady, Aurora Blvd)
