  • • A graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree

    • At least 2-3 years of related experience

    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

    • Candidate must have previous office administration experience, attention to detail, with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.

    • Comfortable with general office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, contacting Australian superannuation and insurance companies and managing workflow through our CRM.

    • The ideal candidate will report to the Head of Wealth Administration while working closely with several departments.

    • Therefore, he or she needs to have superb time management and organisation skills.

    • A graduate of Business related Administration course
