Description



  • To be stationed in Customer Experience Center and Service Center, and will assist the Finance Executive in HQ by:

    a) Attending all paperwork on sales, admin and finance matters in CEC & SC;

    b) Coordination and cooperation with other departments to achieve company’s objectives, targets and programs and;

    c) Ensure compliance to company policies

    Responsibilities:

    Accounting and Finance

    1. Issue sales invoice and Delivery Receipt to customers in accordance to policies and procedures set by the company;

    2. Record all transactions transpired in CEC & SC such sales, goods received, goods released and the like;

    3. Ensure that all necessary documents in receiving and releasing of goods are intact before receiving or releasing;

    4. Ensure that the records are synchronized with the actual inventory or physical count;

    5. Check and verify the validity of all received documents; reconcile the PO against Supplier invoices same thing with the PO from customers against sales quotation;

    6. Ensure that all are intact before forwarding to HQ for processing of payment;

    7. Coordinate to suppliers if necessary, in relation to delivery of goods;

    8. Do manual bookkeeping for BIR requirement;

    9. Prepare VAT relief;

    10. Perform all other tasks as delegated by immediate head.

    Administration

    1. Answering phone inquiries and accommodate visitors in CEC & SC

    2. Monitor and manage visitors log;

    3. Receive documents;

    4. Manage office supplies and equipment in CEC & SC (will report and request to HQ);

    5. Maintain CEC & SC a clean and enjoyable working environment;

    6. Perform all other tasks as delegated by immediate head.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or its equivalent

    2. At least 2 year of working experience in related field

    3. Must have good knowledge in office applications like excel, word & PowerPoint

    4. Knows how to interpolate numerical data and make report
