    Duties and Responsibilities:



    • Manage and update details in the database

    • Communicate and coordinate with clients

    • Handle system onboarding tasks which includes taking document, filling in document, and updating document details until onboarding

    • Manage emails using provided templates

    • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to preparing materials for orientation, listings, and registration

    • Download videos from the shared drive, reviewing them for any errors prior to sending to the team for editing

    • Low level customer/client management tasks

    • Review details in the contract ensuring information is correct

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in Admin and Data Entry

    • Has a background in a Customer Service Support role

    • Proficient in email management

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good at taking instructions and speaking up if they don’t understand

    • Proactive and someone who is not afraid to ask questions

    • Honest, reliable, proactive, with a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to work independently as part of a team

    • Quick learner and adaptable to new software and administrative tasks effectively

    • Able to show good attention to detail, work on time critical tasks, multi-task and adhere to deadline

    • Can work autonomously and someone who is proactive

    • Ideally with knowledge or experience in the Real Estate industry

    • Experience in contract management would be an advantage
