  • Responsibilities
    Document management, including sorting and transferring files (Dropbox to Zoho WorkDrive)
    Updating, editing, and creating new operating and customer and contractor training manuals
    Answering the telephone, responding to voicemail, and opening company emails, directing and responding to inquiries as appropriate
    Coding monthly statements
    Updating the online and physical business data collection template questionnaires in 1view
    Entering customers into 1view
    Adding contractors to Zoho Connect
    Additional tasks and activities as directed to support Operations, Strategy, and Marketing, as directed by the Service Innovation Project Manager

    Strong administering skills
    Strong Computer skills
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong time management
    Proactive problem solver
    Self-starter, able to work unsupervised when needed.

    Experience & Knowledge
    Minimum 4 years' Administration support experience
    Hands on experience in creating documents, processes, and training manuals
    Educated to A level standard or equivalent good grade high school equivalent, must include English
    Strong performance background proven to excel within an administration role and meet deadlines and deliverables.
    Wide knowledge and experience of using a variety of online software applications for business administration; finance, billing, project management, customer relationship management (crm), contact centre, outbound sales tools, team collaboration, workflow process, email, website, social media management, file/document storage, password management, marketing campaigns, database administration, reporting, analytics
