    Key responsibilities:

    • Renders direct assistance and support to customers as required by the client

    • Interact with designated company staff

    • Monitors and reports on company activities, as directed by the client

    • • Handle inbound calls, attending to customer supply and service enquiries

    • Handle outbound calls, attending to customer enquiries, cold calling for new customers and accounts receivable collection calls.

    • Lead generation and qualification, calling potential clients, data input to CRM

    • Input to Xero accounting system, bank and ledger reconciliation, invoicing, uploading bills. Monthly trial balance.

    • Managing order integration between Shopify, Xero and Warehouse records

    • Freight booking and tracking to ensure all parcels are delivered in quoted timeframes

    • Maintains and updates confidential files as directed by the client

    • Integrate data from various back-end services, CRMs, and databases

    • Create and maintain operations process documentation as directed by the client

    • Write marketing/web contents following the guidelines set by the client

    • Performs other related duties as required by the client

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High-level of English, both verbal and written

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in the business-related field will be well regarded

    • Demonstrates ability to perform a wide range of duties with low supervision

    • Computer literate in all aspects of Microsoft Office

    • Knowledge in using Hubspot and Xero is an advantage

    • Competent with computer peripherals

    • High accuracy in data entry of information with high attention to detail

    • Keen to details and learn new concepts quickly, and independently if required, including computer software

    • Ability to problem solve and use initiative

    • Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic and client focus

    • Strong time management skills and able to work within frames
