  • Qualifications:

    • Speak fluent English with minimal accent

    • Degree qualified (Accounting/Administrative/ HR)

    • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Ability to learn and use various software packages and apps – CRM, Xero, Receipt Bank, IMS

    • Typing skills with accuracy

    • Detail and time-oriented

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    • Compilation of Finance Compliance documents required for client appointments. Includes loan applications, summaries, fact finds and loan comparisons.

    • Data entry of all client details into our multiple lenders and loan systems.

    • Completion and submission of loan applications/information to lenders

    • Uploading all client’s information and relevant paperwork into databases within the timeframes required

    • General administration duties to be able to assist the finance managers with day to day files.

    • Following up on loan applications, valuation reports, and mortgage documents to ensure they are completed on time.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
