  • Job Functions:

    - Fulfill clerical and administrative demands of construction team

    - Prepare, coordinate, complete, and submit permits and license requirements needed to construct, sell and

    turn-over condominium project

    - Safekeep and organize required documents, plans and other materials

    - Request for OR of purchased office materials for construction team office



    Job Requirements:

    - Must be College Graduate

    - With at least 3 years of experience in administrative work in a construction company

    - With experience in application of permits for Condominium construction and turn-over

    - With experience in documentation and filing system

    - Highly organized

  • Years of experience: 3
