Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide general administrative and clerical supports

    • Prepare documents including memos, emails and accomplishment reports

    • Process business permits and other government requirements

    • Attend inquiries, request and others concerns of stations Personnel in appropriate manner

    • Set and monitor the work schedule of Maintenance personnel

    • Ensure the repair and maintenance services in the stations are met

    • Purchase, receive and store the supplies/materials ensuring that basic supplies are always available

    • Resolves administrative problems by analyzing data


    • Has knowledge in office management systems and procedures

    • Has a time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

    • With good written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and planning skills


    • Graduate of any Business courses, Computer Secretarial or equivalent

    • Computer Literate in MS Office

    • With at least 5 months related work experience

    • Willing to do filed works

    • Amendable to work in Caloocan City.

    • Full-Time position(s) available.
