MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a National Brain Institute that serves as the primary source for everything related to Traumatic Brain Injury in the United States of America. As one of their missions is to provide live seminars all over the United States and already has clinical locations in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.

The successful candidate will support the administrative tasks of the client’s business and coordinate in setting up appointments as well as attending to inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

• Organizing and scheduling appointments.

• Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information and emails.

• Record and answers incoming calls and customers response in detail.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

Skills Requirements:

• A graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.

• Proficiency in MS Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.
