  • Requirements:

    - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance; additional qualification as an

    - Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus

    - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

    - Proficient with bookkeeping and any accounting software.

    - Knowledge on office management systems and procedures

    - Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

    - Basic knowledge in G Suite (Google docs and sheets, in particular)

    - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    - Ability to adhere to strict deadlines

    - Advanced written and verbal communication skills

    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

    Your Role:

    - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

    - Assist in any clerical, record-keeping, secretarial functions and activities

    - Maintain tracking and documentation of expenditures, cash logs, and spreadsheets

    - Maintain contact lists; answer phone calls and schedule appointments

    - Book travel/meeting arrangements including requirement preparation and processing

    - Attend and take detailed minutes of board meetings

    - Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

    - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

    - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
