Full Job Description:

We are looking for a Virtual assistant who will be actively helping our customers/clients with their business, as well as providing them support. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and can communicate with our clients with ease.

Requirements:

* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of Intercom and office equipments or willingness to learn to use them efficiently.
* Exemplary organization skills
* Excellent follow-through and implementation skills
* Self-starter, autonomous and has a team player attitude
* Desire to genuinely help our customers succeed
* Provide quality customer service to customers and potential new customers

Duties:

* Responsible for keeping the ticket and support email response time in under 24 hours
* Manage customer satisfaction
* Keep track of feedback requests
* Working as a virtual assistant with assigned customers.
