E-commerce Administrative Associate Responsibilities

Responsible for managing SKUs and ensuring customer journey satisfaction in e-commerce platforms

Knowledgeable in conducting product upselling

Assist in checking inventory and promotional tools and achieving sales targets

Preferably with experience in handling stores in Shopee and Lazada

E-commerce Administrative Associate Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferably has background in handling a Lazada/Shopee store.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Has organizational skills, logical thinking and strong problem solving skills

Willing to work onsite at 500A Altura St. Sampaloc Manila and work from home with stable internet connection
