  • This role shall compensate the existing Technical Facility Manager function delegate to various units by identifying and providing interventions and corrections as measured against established standards, best practices, and corporate objectives. The authority of this function is in its recommendatory power to suggest correction and opportunities for improvement based on related facility and hospitality standards, expertise in facility aesthetics, interior design, and best practices. The scope of this function includes the Company’s Guesthouses, all restrooms, dining and canteen facilities, grounds, parking, and sports facilities. The Administrative Facility Manager must demonstrate expertise in the field of delivering hospitality services.

    *Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

    * At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in a leadership role in the related field is required for this position;

    * Preferably with experience in top notch hotels or cruise.
