  • Job Description

    1. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling,

    and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

    2. Provides supplies by identifying needs for office, kitchen, Laundry, garden; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.

    3. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.

    4. Manages different areas by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging monitoring results.

    5. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

    6. Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.

    7. Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures;

    monitoring costs; analyzing variances.

    8. Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and

    continuing needs.

    9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; or seminar, benchmarking professional standards;

    establishing personal networks.

    10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    11. Oversees Staff Houses

    12. Represents the Company is meetings related to job assignment.

    13. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager.

    14. Reports any possible product tampering to immediate superior

    15. Reports any food and safety to higher management

    Qualifications

    - With background in handling General Services such as housekeeping, shuttle and canteen.

    - Bachelor's Degree (Preferably Business course or any related course)

    - At least 5-year experience in Supervisory/Managerial Position

    - Knowledge on food safety principles, ISO standards, regulatory standards and other related references

    - Ability to communicate effectively through presentations, email, one-on-one, and team discussion

    - Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
