    1. Graduate with degree in Business Administration/ Management, Commerce. Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science/ or any related course

    5. Willing to be render extended hours (overtime, holiday works)

    7. Preferably have NBI certificate-ready

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    1. Create project asset report
    2. Execute seating event (lock, release, move, install PC, inform resource)
    3. Create seating report
    4. Request for hotel accommodation/booking and transportation reservation
    5. Food Ordering
    6. Procurement requests
    7. Arrange meetings
    8. MyPerformance completion tracking
    9. Procurement requests
    10. Room reservations (one time or recurring meetings), Townhall, community events, training
    11. Execute roll-on process based on checklist
    12. Execute roll-off process based on checklist
    13. Maintain project distribution and contact list
    14. Maintain project availability/vacation list
    15. Maintain project organization charts
