  • Description


    =Act as the cashier, receptionist, encoder receive payment by cash or check.

    =Make necessary vouchers if needed,Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers

    =Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change;

    =Greet and answer queries by employees and clients entering the establishments;

    =Maintain and reorder office supplies;

    =Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions;

    =Organize and provide documents, reports and information;

    =Establish or identify prices of services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners;

    =Assists the driving instructors/classroom instructors during the operation;

    =Encode the daily sales and submits report every end of the day and;

    =Accept related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


    - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

    - Related experience is an advantage

    -With good communication and organization skills


    -Works well under pressure

    -Has the ability to carry out effective customer service

    -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    8 am to 5 pm, Monday- Saturday

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
