  • We are looking for a responsible, efficient candidate with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude. Candidates should be able to assist clients in handling office and business tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, scheduling appointments, encoding, consistent and generally being a helpful and a positive model to the team.

    Job Description:

    - Accurately and efficiently encoding articles or document that the client will need.
    - Handling office tasks and clerical work such as filing, preparing documents, generating reports and presentations.
    - Real-time support on clients by scheduling and updating appointments to avoid conflicts.
    - Provide assistance on performing client’s office and business administrative tasks.
    - Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
    - Anticipate the needs of the client in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

    Job Qualification:

    - Graduate of any related degrees (e.g. Business Management, BS Human Resources Management, BS/AB Psychology, BA Communication etc)
    - Candidates needs to be diligent, attentive to details, responsible and organize.
    - Must possess consistent and remarkable attendance.
    - Must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
    - Candidates must be professional, polite and able to work independently
    - Candidates must be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly
    - Most importantly, candidates must have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
    - A 1 year experience of being a virtual administrative assistant/customer service support is a plus.
    - Willing to work in a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
    - Willing to work inside Clark.
