  • Description


    Duties and Responsibilites:
    a.The admitting staff shall see the smooth flow of the department
    b.She shall be compassionate, responsible, with excellent communication skills, competence, assertiveness, discipline, honesty and integrity.
    c.She practices good customer service.
    d.She directly admit patient with proper information to be discussed accordingly
    to hospital policy.
    e.She deals with phone inquiries in professional manners.
    f.She update consultants regarding the in house case decking of admitted patient as well as the private case of admitted patient.
    g.She prepares monthly report of census in the admission cases in the hospital to the admitting officer.
    h.She shall think clearly and stay focused under pressure.
    i.She shall report to Admitting Officer any indecent, violations/irregularities immediately to the department head/administrative officer to get proper attention/action.
    j.She shall wear proper attire at all times. Official uniform per day should be implemented daily. Wearing of shorts pants, slippers, haltered blouses and plunging necklines are not allowed.
    General Qualifications:
    Education: Graduate of any 4yrs medical related course
    Experience/Training: With at least (2)yrs experience in customer service field.
    Knowledge/skills/attitude:
    Good public relations;
    can handle pressure with high customer service orientation;
    with pleasing personality / highly presentable;
    should possess the following minimum norms of conduct:
    - Attentiveness, dependable, loyalty, enthusiastic, courteous, diligent, maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times and with good public relations.
