  • Position Level:Senior to Supervisory

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and supervise business projects in the assigned area

    Coordinate with Managers and clients to plan, develop, implement, and monitor the operation of the assigned area

    Increase standards of customer service.

    Communicate with clients on a regular basis

    Ensure quality consistency in the assigned area

    Assist in recruiting and training staffs if needed

    Evaluate employee performance and implement staff development plans

    Project a positive attitude and act as the role model for staff

    Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to address violations of rules and regulations.

    Maintain complete and accurate manning records in judicial database

    Attend departmental and area meetings to share business ideas and project status information

    Generate business reports on weekly, quarterly and annual basis

    Attend national and regional educational workshops for professional development

    Perform departmental responsibilities including training, operations, programming, and leadership education

    Understand employee concerns and resolve them effectively

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resource, Business Administration course major in Operations Management and/or other related course

    Preferably with relevant experience:

    Manpower Agency Coordinator - 2 years (Advantage)

    Human Resource Coordinator - 3-5 years (Required)

    Housekeeping Supervisor Background - 3 years (Required)

    Excellent Communication skills

    Strong leadership skills

    Strong personality

    Fast learner and can easily adapt in a fast paced work

    Willing to render overtime and to report for work during holidays if needed

    Willing to start immediately
