  • 1. Must be familiar with the club’s electrical system including operation and maintenance.

    2. Apply preventive maintenance to all air conditioning units and electrical appliances used in the offices, restaurants, and other areas in the club.

    3. Receive maintenance order from the Chief Engineer and/or Maintenance Supervisor.

    4. Troubleshoot and repair defective air conditioner, refrigerators, and other electrical appliances and restore to normal operation with the least time.

    5. Ensure that work orders performed are completed accurately and in full respect to the following;

    6. Time began and time completed

    7. List of materials used

    8. Signature of approval of issuing department head

    9. Record all accomplished work on the maintenance logbook.

    10. Prepare list or requisition of materials needed for any repair or maintenance work.

    11. Safe keep tools for maintenance and repair work.

    12. Clean up work area especially after completion of work.

    13. Report to Maintenance Supervisor any discrepancies observed during work.

    14. Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
